Bio of a "country girl"
Janet Leone was raised in the South where she acquired an interest in country & gospel songs mostly as a result of her father singing these types of songs to the family. Other musical influences that expanded Janet's interest in songwriting were rock and roll, folk & bluegrass. In 2019, she began writing songs based in part on her evolving musical experiences but always writing from her heart. She has published and copyrighted a number of songs and also, released her first album in 2023. Her motivation is simple, a desire to share the message of God's love.

Janet is active with the Fort Worth Songwriters Association (FWSA.COM) and performs regularly at their Open Mic events and community Showcases. Her participation with the FWSA along with more photos is regularly featured in the FWSA's monthly newsletter.

Revelations 22:1, 17 - Then He showed me a river of the water of life,, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb....The Spirit and the bride say, "Come." And let the one who hears say, "Come." And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.
John 7:38 - (Jesus Says) He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, 'From his innermost being, will flow rivers of living water'
Isaiah 43:20 - The beasts of the field will glorify Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I have given water in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My chosen people.
